Full Body Relaxation Awareness

In this guided meditation you relax the entire body as well as learn to trigger the energy body section at a time through awareness. When you bring your conscious awareness to a specific area of your body, you trigger the energy of that area. This ignites the energy body, bringing movement and vibration to it.



More advanced techniques such as altering your vibration, frequency and ultimately astral projection can be later learned through the foundation of this meditative practice.



Whether or not that is your goal, at the very least you can use this meditation as a 20 min relaxation meditation that releases all tension from the body.
