This is a first of many to come guided meditations for those who are interested in, or need help with, their meditative practice. This meditation is a brief (13 minutes) introductory meditation into Rhythmatic Breathing, also called Dan-tien in Tai Chi. It’s a good meditation to start with as it is simple yet powerful. Breathing is a practice in meditation that many monks spend lifetimes learning to master. This guided meditation will serve as a beginning platform to proper breathing for relaxation, stilling the mind and help those just getting started in meditation.
